Assistant Producer to EP / Producer / Accounting

Natale Smith is an assistant producer/producer with a growing working knowledge of both the creative side to film, as well as the financial side. As an assistant to the executive producer at Bongo Films and Bongo Post, she has been a part of a team handling national brand advertising projects for both TV and radio, and its digital components. As a producer, she has handled many radio productions for regional campaigns that encompass the duties of integration of all service sectors of the post model, including VO casting and booking, script coordination, budget juggling, music licensing, and file management, and has acted as a liaison between advertising agencies and marketing departments with the creatives involved. In film production, she has assisted the executive producer in coordinating shoots and production services for Ogilvy International, MeringCarson, and Runyon, Saltzman and Einhorn.

Ms Smith also handles the accounting for all projects including California Tourism, Raley’s, NPR, Catholic Healthcare West, California Earthquake Authority, Thunder Valley Casino, and various political ads.
Her responsibilities include managing the hundreds of clients and vendors, servicing accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and employee payroll. Other tasks include but are not limited to creating estimates, managing project budgets, creating financial reports, and reconciling all office bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers
